Eligible Returns

Saunas, cold plunges, and included accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they remain unused, unassembled, and in original unopened packaging.

 

Approved returns are subject to:

 

1. A 25% restocking fee
   
   
2. All outbound and return shipping costs

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, Haven Craft does not accept returns on:

 

1. Any uncrated, assembled, installed, or used sauna or cold plunge
   
   
2. Custom or made-to-order products
   
   
3. Traditional saunas built to order
   
   
4. Private-label or non-standard models
   
   

All non-returnable items are final sale.
