By accessing our website, purchasing a tiny home, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction. 



1. Use of Website


By using our website, you agree to:

 

  1. Use the site only for lawful purposes.

  2. Refrain from copying, modifying, or distributing content without written consent.

  3. Acknowledge that we may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.


 

2. Orders, Payments & Refund Policy 


Payment milestones are as follows:
 

  1. 10% due upon contract signing
     
  2. 40% due to begin manufacturing
     
  3. 40% due at the rough-in stage (framing, electrical, and plumbing)
  4. 10% due upon completion, prior to delivery
     

Once a contract is signed, the order becomes final, and no refunds will be issued.



3. Warranty & Liability

 

  1. All homes include a one-year limited manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

  2. A three-year structural warranty covers major structural defects.

  3. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  4. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or third-party modifications.


 

4. Delivery & Pick-Up

 

  1. The customer can arrange pickup or request that Haven Craft deliver. 

  2. Delivery costs are not included in the purchase price and are subject to distance and conditions. 

  3. We are not responsible for damages incurred during third-party transportation.


 

5. Compliance & Local Regulations

 

  1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their home complies with local zoning laws, building codes, and installation regulations.

  2. All of our homes are built to Canadian or US standards (A277, CSA, Z240, Z241, RIVA-Certified), but additional requirements may apply depending on your location.


 

6. Financing

 

  1. Financing is available through third-party lenders.

  2. All terms, approvals, and conditions are handled directly by the financing provider. We are not responsible for financing decisions or terms.


 

7. Intellectual Property

 

  1. All designs, models, content, and branding are the exclusive property of Haven Craft Ltd.
     
  2. Reproduction, modification, or resale of any part of our designs is strictly prohibited without written permission.


 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

  1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or opportunities.
  2. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tiny home.

Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. By purchasing a tiny home, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
