Base prices listed are for standard configurations. Any customization (including but not limited to cabinetry finishes, window styles, appliance upgrades, or floor plan modifications) will result in a change of cost. Final pricing is subject to a formal quote.

DELIVERY
Is not included in the listed price. However, Haven Craft coordinates transportation on your behalf, ensuring a smooth, worry-free process from factory to site. To receive accurate delivery pricing, simply submit an order with your project details. Our website does not collect payment—placing an order allows us to review your information and follow up with a tailored quote.

PLACEMENT
All Haven Craft homes require a crane for offloading and placement onto the foundation. Each unit is built and prepared specifically for lifting, allowing placement to be completed efficiently—typically in under half a day. Crane services are not included in the base price. We’re happy to assist with crane coordination and can arrange a site visit before delivery to ensure a seamless placement day.

FOUNDATION
The recommended foundation options are concrete slab, concrete foundation walls, concrete pillars, and screw piles. The ideal foundation depends on your site conditions, local regulations, and intended use. Our team will work closely with you to determine the best solution for your property.

INSTALLATION AND UTILITY CONNECTION
Once your home is delivered and placed, final utility connections include power, water, and sewer. These connections must be completed by a certified Red Seal tradesperson. Hookups are straightforward and typically take less than half a day. While Haven Craft cannot perform these connections directly, we provide all required specifications to ensure your local contractor can complete the work accurately and efficiently.
