• The Base Package: A minimalist’s dream. This configuration delivers the home's pristine architectural shell and a fully appointed kitchen with full-size appliances, giving you the complete creative freedom to furnish and personalize the living and sleeping layouts yourself.

• The Full Package: A completely realized, turnkey expression of built-in luxury. This elevated tier introduces a custom, integrated bench-seat dining area, curated bedside storage, and a sculpted architectural bed frame featuring steps that lead up to the platform.

Regardless of the package you choose, the home's architectural centerpiece remains unchanged. The primary sleeping sanctuary is permanently oriented beneath a striking, large raked window specifically engineered to frame immersive, tree-line views of the Pacific Northwest canopy right from your pillow.

Completed by a sleek, three-piece tiled bath and clad in a durable exterior of vertical cedar or architectural metal siding, The Haven One is engineered for ultimate placement flexibility. It is available as either a CSA Z240 park model or as a CSA A277 certified modular home, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance whether your vision calls for a flexible transportable retreat or a permanent, foundation-bound dwelling.
